Meet Our Leaders:

Minister Robin Reeves, Ministry Leader

Robin C. Reeves is a native Washingtonian, born to the late Rev. Robert L. Elmore and the late Evangelist Hortense Elmore of True Gospel Baptist Church. Minister Reeves joined

There’s Hope Christian Church in the latter part of 2008, seeking a closer walk with God and a strong desire to serve in the kingdom and community. She expressed her love and desire for helping people that are in need by orchestrating a food drive and praise fest for Thanksgiving of 2009.  Who would have thought that this one-time event would turn into a ministry all by itself? That one event alone fed two hundred Montgomery County Public School families for the holidays as well as one hundred other families in the Gaithersburg Community. Under Minister Reeves’ leadership, There’s Hope Christian Church

has received recognition six years in a row from the Honorable Isaiah Leggett for serving Montgomery County families through the Linkages to Learning Program.

  • Minister Reeves received Christian training through her Pastors Booker and Betty Terry. The variety of Christian Discipleship and leadership training, that is offered through There’s Hope Christian Church.

  • “It is my desire to help people like myself that are hurting and lost. That they may come to know and love who God has created them to be. A healthy and confident state in God. I’m just giving back what was given to me.”
